§ 51.01  PROHIBITED USE OF OR DISCHARGES INTO HOUSE SEWERS.
   No person shall use the house sewers for any other purpose or place in any house sewer any foreign matter that may not be promptly dissolved by the sewage or that may cause obstruction in the sewers.
