§ 32.03  TOWN CLERK.
   There shall be a Town Clerk who shall give notice of meetings of the Board of Commissioners, keep a journal of the proceedings of the Board of Commissioners, be the custodian of all town records, and shall perform any other duties that may be required by law or the Board of Commissioners.
