§ 31.09  MEETINGS; REGULAR.
   There shall be a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held at the town offices, or at some other place as may be designated, at 7:30 p.m. on the second Monday of each month, unless otherwise specified, in which case each member of the Board shall be notified.
