§ 31.06  COMMITTEES.
   (A)   All committees of the Board of Commissioners shall, unless otherwise ordered, be appointed by the Mayor.
   (B)   All reports of committees shall be in writing.
   (C)   Committee members shall receive compensation for extra and special service as the Board may designate.
