The boundaries of the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the town, according to and as authorized by Article 19 of G.S. Chapter 160A, being G.S. § 160A-360 et seq., extend to distances not exceeding one mile from the corporate limits as shown on a map titled "Official Extraterritorial Boundary Map of the Town of Weldon, North Carolina" and on file in the office of the Town Clerk and Treasurer, the map being made an integral part of this chapter as fully as though set out herein.
