A. Expenditures And Collection Of Funds: The economic development commission shall be authorized to expend no municipal funds other than those appropriated and approved by the city council.
B. Enlist Volunteer Services: The economic development commission is authorized to enlist the volunteer service of such other members of the community who will assist in achieving the goals of sound economic growth recognizing broad community involvement will assure broad community support.
