2-2-1: COMMISSION CREATED:

There is hereby created a commission to be known and designated as the planning and zoning commission, which said commission shall consist of seven (7) members to be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the city council. In addition thereto, there shall be one ex officio member of said commission who shall be a city councilman and who shall have no voting powers . (1971 Code)
