All money for library purposes shall be placed in the custody of the city treasurer and shall be paid out by him on proper voucher duly authenticated by the library board. All persons desirous of making donations of money or other personal property or real estate for the benefit of such library shall have a right to vest title to such property in the board of directors created under the provisions of this chapter, and all such property shall be held and controlled by said board as trustees under the name of "directors of the library board of the city of Weiser". The library fund and the expenditures by the directors of the library board shall be audited annually and included in the city audit. (Ord. 984, 12-12-1989)
