10-2-1: DISTRICTS:

For the purpose of this title and in accordance with the comprehensive general plan, all land within the city's zoning jurisdiction is divided into the following districts:

AR	Agricultural residential
AL	Low density residential
A	Low density residential district - single-family and two-family dwellings
B	Medium density residential district
C	Commercial districts
D	Industrial district
E	Floodplain overlay
F	Mixed use development overlay
