It is hereby made unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle, scooter, rollerblades, or skateboards on the sidewalk in Weiser in the Weiser business district. The Weiser business district is defined as that part of the city from the railroad depot to West First Street; West First Street to West Court Street; West Court Street to State Street; State Street to East Park Street; East Park Street to East First Street; East First Street to the railroad depot. It is also unlawful for any bicycle operator in the business district to carry any extra person or persons on the bicycle. (Ord. 1105, 10-10-2000)
