9-3-8: PARKING VIOLATIONS:

Penalty for violating the parking provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by a ten dollar ($10.00) fine. Failure to pay parking fines shall constitute an infraction punishable by an infraction penalty of fifty three dollars ($53.00) through the magistrate division of the district court.
