8-8-1: ATTACHMENTS ON POLES AND POSTS PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful to place any attachment, sign, poster or any object upon the city utility poles, posts, fixtures and equipment without express authority of the mayor and council of the city. (Ord. 916, 10-12-1981)
