A. Purpose: It is the purpose of this section to provide for the payment of fees from dischargers to the city's wastewater disposal system, to compensate the city for the cost of administration of the pretreatment programs established herein.
B. Charges And Fees: The city shall adopt charges and fees which may include:
1. Fees for monitoring, inspections and surveillance procedures which shall be the actual cost to the city for lab, sampling, manpower, equipment, transportation and consultants.
2. Fees for filing appeals of two hundred dollars ($200.00).
3. Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction which shall be the actual cost to the city for reviewing such procedures.
C. Applicable To Chapter Only: These fees relate solely to the matters covered by this chapter and are separate from all other fees, fines, and penalties chargeable by the city. (Ord. 1090, 8-24-1999)
