A. All monies collected by the city under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid over to the city treasurer in the same manner as is required for the payment of other city monies.
B. The portion of the money collected for the purpose of funding equipment replacement shall be paid into the sewer capital reserve fund and shall be used for the purpose of financing sewer plant and pump station improvements and replacements. Such revenues shall not be used to offset current operations or maintenance costs. (Ord. 928, 11-22-1982)
