All industrial users may be required to pay that portion of the construction costs of transport and treatment works allocable to the treatment wastes from such users. (Ord. 928, 11-22-1982; amd. 1987 Code)
Monthly sewer service rates for industrial users shall be based on a contractual arrangement set by the city. The contract shall set forth the discharge limits and the rate schedule to be used. The contract shall run for a minimum of one year with review at six (6) months intervals. No industrial discharge shall be accepted into the city public sewer system without a contractual arrangement being in effect. (1987 Code)
