7-2-10: CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS AND INDUSTRIAL WASTE:

Debris resulting from construction, reconstruction or repairs of premises and industrial waste shall not be placed with other refuse for collection but shall be disposed of directly by the person or persons owning, occupying or leasing the premises. (Ord. 1050, 1-13-1997)
