6-8-4: CITY ABATEMENT OPTION:
Nuisances which remain unabated after notice in the same manner as provided in section 5-3-2, may, at the option of the city, be removed, abated or destroyed by the city or its agent, in the same manner as provided in section 5-3-2. (Ord. 1214, 12-14-2009; amd. Ord. 1256, 3-9-2021)
