Any person who shall violate the terms of this provision shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be punished by a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) excluding court costs and fees. There is no right to a trial by jury for an infraction violation, and such trial shall be held before the court. (Ord. 1066, 2-10-1998)
