6-7-4: ENFORCEMENT:

Any Weiser city police officer may issue a uniform citation charging violation of this chapter. A citizen may also charge a violation of this chapter by signing a citation in the presence of a Weiser city police officer or any other officer empowered to enforce violations of this code.
