6-7-3: DEFINITIONS:
EMERGENCY VEHICLE: A motor vehicle belonging to a fire department, fire district, ambulance, federal, state, county, or municipal law enforcement agency.
LOUD AMPLIFICATION DEVICE: Any equipment designed for use for sound production, reproduction, or amplification, including, but not limited to, any radio, television, stereo, tape player, disk player, loud speaker, public address system, or comparable sound broadcasting device.
MOTOR VEHICLE: Motor vehicle includes every vehicle which is self-propelled except vehicles moved solely by human power. (Ord. 1066, 2-10-1998)
