6-6-5: DISORDERLY CONDUCT:
Any person committing any of the following acts shall be guilty of a misdemeanor:
   A.   Any person who maliciously or wilfully disturbs the peace or quiet of any neighborhood, family, or person by loud or unusual noise, or by tumultuous or offensive conduct, or by threatening, traducing, quarreling, challenging to fight or fighting, or fires any gun or pistol, or uses any vulgar, profane or indecent language in the presence or hearing of children, in a loud and boisterous manner; or
   B.   Any person who maliciously and wilfully disturbs the dignity or reverential nature of any funeral, memorial service, funeral procession, burial ceremony or viewing of a deceased person; or
   C.   Any person who accosts another person or intimidates another person into giving money or goods or who obstructs pedestrian or vehicular traffic in a public place or way; or
   D.   Any person who loiters or is present upon the private property of another person without permission or upon school property without the school district's consent and having no relationship involving custody or responsibility for a student; or
   E.   Any person who hosts a party or sponsors a party on his or her property or the property of another which disrupts the public peace and safety due to the magnitude of the crowd, loud music or other noise, or due to unruly behavior of the attendees, excessive traffic or destruction of property; or where persons under twenty one (21) years of age are consuming alcohol and the host reasonably should have known the person consuming alcohol was under the age of twenty one (21).
