6-3-12: SLAUGHTER PROHIBITED:

It is unlawful to kill and butcher animals within the city except at a commercial slaughter house, stockyard, veterinary clinic or in the vehicle of a commercial mobile butcher. Violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00). (Ord. 1014, 10-12-1993)
