6-2-18: PENALTY:

Any violation of sections 6-2-2 through 6-2-16 of this chapter or failure to comply with the requirements of any thereof, shall constitute an infraction punishable by a fine of seventy five dollars ($75.00). Each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate infraction. (Ord. 1209, 5-11-2009)
