6-2-15: FEMALE CATS AND DOGS IN HEAT TO BE CONFINED:

The owner of a female cat or dog, shall cause such animal when in season, to be penned or enclosed in such a manner as to preclude other males from attracting such female or being attracted to such female so as to create a public nuisance. (Ord. 1192, 9-11-2006)
