6-2-14: DOGS WHICH DISTURB NEIGHBORHOOD:
It shall be unlawful for any person owning, keeping, or harboring any dog to allow or permit said dog or dogs to become a nuisance by disturbing the peace and comfort of any reasonable person or to interfere with the reasonable and comfortable enjoyment of life or property by any of the following:
   A.   Excessive, continuous, or untimely barking or noise.
   B.   Excessive accumulations of animal feces, which would be offensive to a reasonable person by sight or small, or which creates an insect breeding or attraction site.
This section shall not apply to the municipal dog pound or veterinary hospitals. (Ord. 1190, 5-8-2006; amd. Ord. 1263, 10-11-2022)
