A. It shall be an infraction for any person, without proper authority, to turn out or released, or cause to be turned out or release, or aid or abet the turning out or releasing of any animal from any impoundment, vehicle, trap or facility of the city of Weiser.
B. It shall be an infraction to remove, damage or otherwise tamper with any traps, equipment or impoundment facility belonging to the city of Weiser. (Ord. 1212, 7-13-2009)
