6-2-3: COLLAR; TAG:

Every dog shall at all times wear a substantial and durable collar to which shall be securely attached the required license tag. Every cat shall be identified by a collar, clipped ear, tattoo, or other visible marking to distinguish pets from feral cats. (Ord. 1190, 5-8-2006)
