It shall be the duty of every person issued a fireworks permit to comply with all the provisions of the Idaho state fireworks act 1 and this chapter. The conviction or violation of the aforesaid Idaho state fireworks act or any of the provisions of this chapter by the permittee or by any of its agents, employees or officers shall constitute a cause in and of itself to deny any subsequent application for a permit.
