Fees for services provided by the Weiser city fire and rescue department for false alarm calls, hazardous material spill calls, or extrication calls and the party responsible for those fees shall be established by resolution of the city council of the city of Weiser. The most recent resolution establishing those fees shall be on file in the office of the Weiser city clerk and available for public inspection at city hall. (Ord. 1197, 1-8-2007)
