5-1-11: MEMBERS LEAVING THE DEPARTMENT:
Any member leaving the department shall return all property in his possession belonging to the department. This includes, but is not limited to, the helmet, car plate and/or removal of car stickers, badge, and any and all other property, books, records or clothing. (1987 Code)
