4-3-2: BARBED WIRE FENCES, AREAS PERMITTED; OTHER TYPES TO COMPLY WITH REGULATIONS:

In the commercial and industrial zones, barbed wire may be permitted when used as the top section for security fences and shall be a minimum of seventy two inches (72") above grade. For the purposes of this section, walls, latticework and screens shall be considered to be fences and shall be built and maintained in compliance with the provisions hereof. (Ord. 876, 6-12-1978)
