(A) Any ballot utilized in any city municipal primary or general election shall comply and conform with the standards and requirements established by the West Virginia Secretary of State's Office.
(B) The method of voting utilized in any city municipal primary or general election, whether by paper ballot, lever machine, punch card, optical scanner, touch screen, or any other method, shall be a method approved by the West Virginia Secretary of State's Office.
(C) The "Touch Screen Ivotronic" machine and others of similar type shall be among those methods to be used in the city primary and general elections until City Council decides otherwise.
