§ 513.05 REQUIREMENTS FOR STORAGE.

Detonators and explosives shall be kept and stored separately and shall be transported separately and only in nonconducting boxes. All powder shall be carried in a metallic canister or fiber receptacle of a capacity not to exceed five pounds, which shall be properly closed with an approved top.
