§ 50.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) The penalty for violating §§ 50.20 to 50.23 shall be a fine not exceeding $200 or by imprisonment not exceeding a maximum of 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
