§ 152.131  PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES AND STRUCTURES.
   The following principal uses and structures shall be permitted in the planned mobile home park district:
   (A)   Mobile home dwellings;
   (B)   Laundromats, including facilities for coin-operated dry cleaning machines; and
   (C)   Parks and playgrounds.
