(A) Every licensed master plumber shall be held responsible for the acts of his or her journeyman plumbers, agents, or employees done under and by virtue of his or her license. Any charge in business name or location by a licensed plumber shall be promptly reported to the Finance Officer.
(B) The plumbing license shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the place of business of the licensee. No plumbing license shall be transferable.
