(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. (B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating §§ 111.01 to 111.07 shall be fined according to the penalties described in §§ 111.01 to 111.07. Every day of such violation shall constitute a separate and distinct violation. (C) The penalty for violating §§ 111.20 to 111.28 shall be a fine not exceeding $200 or by imprisonment not exceeding a maximum of 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
