(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 93.001 to 93.011 shall be deemed guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. Each day such violation is committed or is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punished as such hereunder. A fine will be imposed and is on file in the finance office.

(C) Any person who fails to remove such snow, as provided for in §§ 93.060 to 93.063, shall be subject to the penalties in §§ 93.060 to 93.063, and, in addition thereto, shall be liable to the municipality for any damage caused by the neglect to keep such sidewalk clear and free of snow and ice as provided in this chapter.
