§ 93.045  CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS.
   All sidewalks being replaced or of new construction shall have curb cuts and comply with all  regulations promulgated under the Americans with Disabilities Act, being 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq.
