§ 93.040  SUPERVISION OF SIDEWALK AND CURBING CONSTRUCTION.
   The building and construction of all sidewalks and cubing within the limits of the streets and alleys of the city shall be done under direct supervision of agents and all such sidewalks shall be constructed on the grades as determined by the said city.
