§ 70.070  PNEUMATIC TIRES WITH METAL STUDS PERMITTED.
   It shall be lawful to operate, upon the streets of the city, motor vehicles equipped with pneumatic tires in which there are embedded metal studs or wires of tungsten or other similar metal.
