§ 70.030  EMERGING FROM ALLEY OR PRIVATE DRIVEWAY.
   The operator of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway, or garage shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk or onto the sidewalk area extending across any alleyway.
