§ 70.019 CLINGING TO MOTOR VEHICLES.

No person traveling upon any bicycle, coaster, sled, skies, roller skates, or any other toy vehicle shall cling to or attach himself or herself or his or her vehicle to any other moving vehicle upon any street.
