§ 70.04 U-TURNS.
   (A)   A driver of a motor vehicle shall not make a u-turn on the public streets and highways of the village.
   (B)   When authorized signs are erected indicating that u-turns are not permitted, a driver of a motor vehicle shall not disobey the directions of the sign.
