§ 50.09 MUNICIPAL CIVIL INFRACTION.

Any person, firm, partnership, lessee, occupant, or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a municipal civil infraction and punishable as provided by law or any other ordinance in effect in the village.
