§ 96.02 APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION.
   The village shall receive applications for the registration of dwellings under the provisions of this chapter. The application shall be signed by the owner of record. The application shall be accompanied by a registration fee in such amount as the Village Council shall from time to time establish by resolution.
