§ 33.12 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT; WHEN DUE.

All special assessments, except the installments thereof as the Council shall make payable at a future time as provided in this chapter, shall be due and payable upon confirmation of the special assessment roll, and the total assessment shall become a lien immediately upon the confirmation of the roll.
