§ 131.02 POLICE AND MILITARY EXCEPTION.
   (A)   This chapter shall not apply to any peace officer or military personnel acting in the official discharge of their duties.
   (B)   Nor shall this chapter apply to any citizen acting in reasonable defense of his or her person or property.
