It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge or use any firearms, air rifles, slingshots, or any other dangerous weapons within the village limits at any time, except within those areas of the village zoned A-1 Agricultural under the provisions of Chapter 153, as amended, where the discharge of firearms for the hunting of wild game shall be permitted so long as the activity does not violate any applicable state law to the contrary.
