§ 110.10 ESTABLISHMENT AND PAYMENT OF MAINTENANCE FEE.
   In addition to the nonrefundable application fee paid to the village set forth in § 110.04(D) of this chapter, a telecommunications provider with telecommunications facilities in the village's public rights-of-way shall pay an annual maintenance fee to the Authority pursuant to § 8 of the Act.
